My goal is to shoot dramatic images and images that tell a story. I don't want to shoot "pretty girl standing in front of barn". I've done that and it's all over the place. I want my models to be part of a scene, tell a story, be emotive. I also don't want to shoot nudes just for the sake of being nude. Again, I've done that. I have zero problems with nudity but it needs to be part of the story or serve a purpose. I've been trying to pull back some and be more selective with my shoots. I've shot with a handful of wonderful models and I've tagged them all here. I don't want to shoot just for the sake of shooting. I need a theme or an idea. I'm always open to concept help from the models I work with. I live by my calendar and plan shoots out pretty far so it's not always easy to get with me if you're a traveling model but please feel free to message me if you're in the area.

A note as far as finances. I completely understand the logistics of a traveling model...transportation, room/board and hourly rate. With that said I usually allocate on average of $150 for a shoot. I can't pay for traveling time to/from a location. I pay for shoot time and will keep the shoot to no more than 90min.

This is a hobby but it's very important to me. I have a fairly technical job so this gives me an outlet. I want it to be fun and those models I work with on a regular basis mean a lot to me. It's wonderful to have a good rapport with some truly creative and talented people that also love the art that can come from photography.
