I pretty much grew up in the Los Angeles area.  My interests from early on have always had much to do with art in general.  My first job on a fashion shoot when I was about 19 was to drive to the middle of El Mirage dry lake bed and set up an actual bed before dawn and wait for the photographer and his crew.  I still can remember the surreal way the morning light made the carivan consisting of a motorhome, equipment van and a few cars look.  I was sitting on top of the cargo van I had driven watching them roll up thinking wow... this is pretty cool...
