My passion is fitness, I have taught Physical Education in the public school setting as a credentialed teacher. I'am also a personal trainer. I love to see my clients make progress and life changes for a healthier lifestyle. I'am also a competitor. I love to compete. I have competed in several triathlons and marathons.Currently, I'am an NPC fitness competitor, I play all kinds of sports from water sports to snow sports!
