About Me

I am a senior at the University of Texas majoring in photojournalism, minoring in art history, and being enthused by queer studies. I am not interested in hard photojournalism, as my major may suggest, but my work does take on elements of story telling, especially with how I photograph people and places—each picture becomes a sort of portrait. But I am here to expand my reach, and begin to also do work that is more artistic in approach. My largest goal is to extend my lighting experience, particularly for human portraiture.
