I joined MM to create a portfolio and try some new things. As models and direction goes, I'm not very experienced. However, I can learn from an experienced model, or if you're also a little green, we can learn from each other.

What do I like? I love a photo that contradicts itself. This is fairly popular these days, so it isn't anything unique to me: a beautiful girl in a rusty factory or against a graffiti filled wall, clean against dirty, etc.

A beautiful sunset or panoramic scene of the outdoors is a postcard, but put a silhouette in it or a person in the foreground (not standing and looking at the camera, family trip style) and you have a photo.

Nudes? No. Bikini/Lingerie? Maybe. A sexy look or implied exposure would be ok, depending on context...and with just about any shoot, male or female, my wife will probably be in attendance to some degree as an assistant. I'm here for the photos, not to get hooked up.

I have a few shot ideas that I'd like to realize one day. I thought of setting them up with myself in them, but I just haven't done it yet. With that being said, I'd love to do shoots with guys. These ideas are mostly of a film-noir style, but a few involve sports like biking, skateboarding, and golf. Action shots are fun.
