From a 15 year old girl, 19 years ago, who made her career entrance as winner of Go Magazines Cover Girl On The Go competition and the 1st Runner Up for The New Paper New Face back in 1995; Serena has lent her face to many prestigious brands, films and fashion magazines for over a decade taking her from the Asian region to across the globe.

Some names Serena has modelled for in 2012 include Giant bicycles, Amala Destinations, Holiday Inn Express and the cover for Mother & Baby magazine Singapore.
