My name is Silviya Taseva and I have 20 years of experience in the fields of sports, dance and art performing as a world-class Rhythmic gymnast, gymnastics coach, dance choreographer and performer for many different dance companies, gymnastics team events and competitions. I have a solid educational foundation in sports science by attending a sports high school before going on to achieve a bachelor degree from the National Sports Academy. I was part of the Bulgarian National Team coached by one of the world’s most famous gymnastics coaches, Mrs. Neshka Robeva. My personal achievements include: Gold Medalist of Rhythmic Gymnastics World Team Cup, Bronze Medalist European Championship, 5-time Bulgarian National Champion, as well as being a medalist in numerous International Grand Prix and World Qualification Tournaments.
Rhythmic gymnastics, as an Olympic sport, has thought me many different skills. These include: classical ballet, different dance styles of folk dance, lyrical jazz, modern dance, contemporary style dance, coordination, musicality, strength, stamina and more. After finishing with my professional carrier as gymnastics competitor, I continued developing these skills in the dance and art performing world. With my strong background and unique technique with gymnastics props such as: Ribbon, Ball, Hoop, Rope and Clubs, I have become a professional and well experienced gymnastics/contortionist/art performer. I have also gained extensive experience as a modern/contemporary and lyrical jazz dancer, stage performer, fire dancer, aerialist, print and runaway model and more. I have been auditioning and performing for multiple different TV shows in Europe, Middle East and USA, music videos, commercials, dance and modeling shows and others. With my long extensive experience, knowledge and exceptional skills in a variety of styles, I know I am a talented and diverse performer that could fit well in any dance company, extraordinary artist manipulating unique props at the theatrical stage and a diverse dancer, in any entertainment show. I am confident that I could bring and add to any show something that people haven’t seen before, an outstanding combination between Cirque du Soleil, Broadway show, and a Gymnastics event all in one and much more. I have a business partner of mine who is in process of promoting a fresh up and coming R&B/HIP-HOP talent named FERD.
