Hello,
My name is Francesca Welsh. A little background information on me; I am from Liverpool England. I have spent majority of my life in America (Texas, to be exact). Currently I am a student at Texas State University. I am double majoring in International Relations and Global Studies. Although I love fashion, I don't want to make this a long term career.
