Hey MMers I am a professional makeup artist from Saskatchewan. Since a young age I have experimented with various art forms but upon realizing my love for color, texture, and the daily use of my imagination I realized makeup artistry was my true passion. So I then packed my bags and ventured into the big city of Vancouver to continue my education in makeup artistry.
After graduating from the world renowned Blanche MacDonald Centre with my diploma in Makeup and Special FX, I returned to Saskatchewan to begin a career in cosmetic retail. After about a year working as a consultant for Clinique Cosmetics, I returned to Vancouver to pursue her dreams of working with fashion, print, and special FX makeup. Presently working as the National Makeup Artist for Modern Basic Distributors, I enjoy the everyday challenges of working in the cosmetic industry, honing my application and technique skills, and creatively expressing myself through my makeup. I also work as a freelance makeup artist in the greater Vancouver area.
In my own time, I would also like to expand my personal portfolio as well in working with different makeups including but not limited to; Fashion, TV and Film, Special FX, Prosthetics ect.
