During my studies, I did an internship in a hospital. Taking photos of pustular psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis all day long for a whole month was quite an unexpected start in a photographer’s career and I chose to take a different direction. Consequently I tried my hand doing food photography as a photographer’s assistant in a studio working in particular for the French frozen food brand Picard.

My diploma in hand, I was hired as a photographer’s assistant at the Studio Paquebot. Things became a little bit more glamorous: I worked for prestigious cosmetic brands (L’Oréal, Givenchy, Dior…). At this time I gained experience in digital retouching.

I owe my start in the fashion industry to online sales websites such as Vente-privee.com and Bazarchic.com. I worked for them from 2005 to 2009.

In 2006, I took the plunge as freelance photographer: I devoted half of my time to personal, fashion-oriented projects, agency tests and editorials… I worked for two years with an art director/stylist under the name « Glasstik » and then with a small team of hairdressers, make-up artists and stylists.

My work today is the result of these experiences. My approach to fashion photography is this: give priority to creativity but never forget the commercial/mercantile aspect.
