Hi!

Charlene Ngo, 20 years old. Mainly a body painter ( I also do makeup, hair, photography & styling if you're looking for a package deal)

I am the owner and creator of Painted Harts- A face, body, and mural painting business with a drive to give back to the community through art, and a specialization to create art that can quite literally speak to you..an art that is ALIVE. Since its official start in 2010, Painted Harts has been expanding. I still continue in my efforts to spread its name, my purpose, and my art.

My artistic concepts are dark yet colorful, but I am open and ready for anything that you could throw at me :)
My work is known for its intense amount of detail -- from painting fine lines to also creating full blown costumes and sets for the outcome of one perfect shot.
