I have been a teacher in photography for many years as well as a photographer and artist in photography since the late eighties. I have done many kinds of photography, but the last years I have consentrated in working with photo as an art. There are two main directions in my works: FINE ART NUDE and ABSTRACT/ EXPERIMENTAL PHOTOGRAPHY.
In FINE ART NUDE I have some clear limits about what is acceptable and what is NOT acceptable. I look upon the human body as a fine instrument to create aesthetic and artistic images. I use the body about the same way as an musician create music or an poet create his poems. I try to emphasize on lines, form, light, shadow, composition, cropping and expressions that talk to the viewers aesthetic part of the brain and feelings.
Of course I also photograph portraits, fashion, dance as well as other interesting motives.
I have got many medals and awards in national and international competitions. I have got scholarships from the Norwegian State and from other official institutions. I have had several separate exhibitions in nude photography and had my pictures in lots of galleries and exhibitions.

My artwork is for sale and I may also take the challenge to make new artwork from your special ideas.
I’m interested in getting in contact with models who want to have some artistic images of themselves. Sometimes I also need models for my own ideas to create new art.
By now I also have the possibility to travel to other places for a decent cost. I live and have my studio in the middle of Norway.
