A quick glance at Vaida (say it with me now: Veye-da) and it’s not hard to tell that she and cameras get along fabulously. In fact, when she first came to Canada 8 years ago with eyes wide in wonder and a head full of crazy ideas, Vaida was model. A couple years went by and she discovered that her true passion was really the other side of the camera. She believes in natural, un-posed images filled with sincere smiles and candid expressions, with a mix of some posed shots here and there. “I am very glad to have had the privilege of experiencing both sides of the camera, which now enables me to help my subjects with posing, and to create a comfortable, informal environment which allows them to relax and just be themselves,” says Vaida. She really enjoys shooting private and corporate events as well, and, being the people’s person that she is, she delivers fun party shots with ease!
