About Me

My name is Rick Seedman and I have fallen in love with a variety of refined movements, music, environments, people and art. I've been involved in athletics, both teaching and competing, since I was small. In 2002 I started working as a photography assistant and ended up being used as a model in many of the shoots. Having worked as a fitness professional since 2004, specializing in the art of calisthenics, and am now pursuing work as a professional model as well!
