About Me

I am a personal trainer by profession, self employed since 2001.  I am an avid outdoor enthusiast in the realms of hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, snowshoe hiking.  My athletic background was in soccer and gradually moved to powerlifting and speed and agility.  I love the challenges of the outdoors and using my abilities practiced inside.  I feel pretty comfortable with both indoor/outdoor fitness, lifestyle, sport shots and some other cool stuff lol.
