I unofficially started Funkyhulagurl Photography at the age of 10, when I got my first camera and became an avid photo hobbyist. When I started modeling at 16, I quickly found that good, professional photographers that were easy for a young girl to work with were few and far between. Inspired by a family of entrepreneurs, I began doing model photography for other young women and quickly became popular. My business name, Funkyhulagurl Photography, was inspired by my integrated relationship and respect for Hawaii. I began dancing Hula at the age of 14 and would go on to get my A.A. degree in 2007 in the UH Hawaiian Lifestyles Hula tract. Today, my photography business has evolved to encompass everything from big wedding events to website photography, and I especially loves photographing models which is why I'm here!

I'm looking forward to meeting new models and to connecting with the ones already on here! I'm fun and easy to work with so hit me up and lets shoot! P.S. I loooove crazy ideas and off beat locations. =)
