Hi my name is Penny Ngu :)

I am a Perth based ambitious and passionate (internationally qualified and self taught) makeup artist - who seek detailed perfection in every work. I believe everyone is born unique with own hidden beauty and my makeup skill is just a blessed tool to contribute to the enhancement.

My dream and goal is to be able to work with talented photographers, designers and celebrities in the world of fashion and to create jaw-dropping 'wow couture'. And while on my way to my dream and goal, I am specializing in fashion and wedding industries in Perth and at overseas - Singapore and Malaysia during my stay (Please consult me for further details)

Other than that, I am more than happy to participate in any form of editorial works, and hopefully TFP works with strikingly unique or extreme avant garde concepts for me to unleash my creativity.
