Leo was born in Buenos Aires (BA) in 1982. She began to design and sew clothes as an autodidact.
With 16, she already was working with designers of the underground scene of BA, on the Bond street Galery, one of the most famous places in the 90's.
At the same age, she discover the Punk Rock scene, and is specially influence for the Do it Yourself phylosophy, and the Anarchy movement.
At the age of 21, she created her own brand "Alabama", which she used for her work as a freelance designer. Two years ago, she moved to Barcelona, where she participated in two editions of "Fashion Freak" and was chosen for the contest's Best Designer.
There she began her recycling project and started to use materials such as trash bags, plastic, paper, cardboard, etc. and develop this collection, whos main idea is to reuse all kind of materials in an artistic way and also as a critique of exessive consumer society.
She presented this collection in Berlin and Madrid, and will continue whit a European Tour.
