I use photography as an outlet for my creativity and stress release. I enjoy being behind a camera and creating unique shots and captivating perspectives. I prefer to shoot in nature with natural lighting using flash, softboxes and reflectors for fill and to expand creative possibilities while maintaining the natural look. A road trip with the camera and subject, looking for unique locations is my idea of a great and fun shoot. I started out primarily as a landscape and wildlife photographer, but now enjoy shooting portraits and individuals, trying to capture the human emotion and element. I'm open to about any type of shoot, the more diverse the better.

I've had photos in numerous magazines, including a 2 page photo in National Geographic, photos in Field and Stream, Time, Eastman's Hunting Journal, and almost every major Newspaper in the US and some foreign countries along with photos used by countless cable and network news channels. I've also won several contests and received numerous awards for my photography.
