Bio

Objective: To be one of the greatest hairstylist ever lived!

Tikeisha Floyd was about 16 years old when she was introduced to the world of hair styling. Keisha was at a beauty shop waiting to get her hair done. While waiting, she saw a hairstylist do a hair weave on a client. She was so amazed. It was love at first site. Keisha's mom bought her first mannequin head for her. At that moment, the dream was born. Keisha wanted to be a hairstylist.

In May of 2004, she attended The Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated in June of 2005. She currently works at Rick's Styles & Cuts in Lithonia, Georgia. Keisha goal is to be the best. She has received all types of training from cutting, to coloring, hair weaving, and wig-making. She believes that continuing education is one of the keys to success. She has taught a weave class at the local beauty school. She made an instructional hair weaving dvd that has been sold around the world. Keisha has made customized wigs for women with alopecia and cancer. She has made several wigs for a certain radio personality and her work has been seen on national television. Keisha's work has been featured in several local beauty supply stores.

In the near future, she wants to become an educator and platform artist for Paul Mitchell. She wants to launch a wig line. She also wants to win a Stylist choice Award and an Emmy. Keisha believes that the universe is the limit and she just scratched the surface. In the words of Diana Ross, “ It took me a life time to get here and I'm not going nowhere.”
