Hi there! My name is Chelsea Foglio and Im a Freelance Makeup Artist striving for the Ultimate Dream, To travel the world and experience life through my makeup brushes. My style of makeup art is a variety of everything, Give me something to create or duplicate and its done. Becoming a makeup artist has always been a dream of mine, to create and make people feel good is something I strive to do daily. And through makeup, I can achieve that dream every time I lay my brush to a face to create. My passion for the art of makeup has always been in me but I've professionally been creating art with makeup since I was 17 years of age (about 3 years) and throughout that time I've never stopped learning.
