I think it was the flash of the camera that got me; a blinding moment frozen in time. The persona carefully painted and pinned on my body would be with me forever. Each photo shoot offering me a chance to be someone else...to step into the camera flash, and into spirit of another person. I could be any woman, it just takes a little paint...and that flash.

My name is Alexandra Burke. I am a professional model from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I attended the Linda Layman Agency immediately upon graduation. To date, my body of work includes runway, print, and promo work (references upon request). My long term goal is to work primarily as a print and runway model. I love bright lights, a fast-paced schedule, and hard work. I'm committed to modeling and tireless in front of a camera.

The best description of me might possibly be written by someone else; it's always difficult to look inward and describe what you see and feel for others. First and foremost, I enjoy being a woman; I have a soft spot for girly things. My personal taste tends to lean toward anything that makes me feel feminine. But, I do have an edge; even the sweetest kitten has a nasty scratch.

I'll leave the rest of my description up to you; each interview request accepted graciously. I am open to all offers and ideas, and look at any venture as a chance to learn and grow. I look forward to working with a long line of fantastic photographers, make-up artists, stylists, and lighting specialists.
