About Me

My name is Makram, I was born in Tunisia, where I started my career in world of sports. Health and a good condition are my passion. Not only I optimize my own health and condition, but for a PT there is nothing more rewarding than to help others to reach their goals.

In Tunisia I followed the education, sports and exercise. When I moved to the Netherlands I got myself qualified for fitness trainer A and B and PT give by Fit!Vak. Every year I follow courses to keep up to date. Since last year I’m doing a study to be qualified to work as a physiotherapist. This study will help me to help people even better. Before I started as a Personal Trainer, my work as fitness trainer gave me a lot of extensive experience that I can use now. Working as an independent PT I’m flexible. Most of the time I’m work at Fitness First Delft, but I also train people elsewhere in the region of The Hague and Rotterdam.
