Here is a little bit about me,
I have always had a passion for photography but really started to pursue it about twelve years ago. I started for personal reasons shooting landscapes and nature. I got married, had kids and loved taking pictures of them. I soon realized there were certain images that really stood out from the rest. I spent the next several years perfecting my craft to find out why. You can really tell when you captured the essence of your subject or just snapped a picture. So, with many portraits under my belt of friends and family using natural light, the next step was studio lighting. We converted a part of our house into a studio and I continued to practice. Once I felt that my images were consistently good, my wife and I agreed to make it an official business. You can check out more images at www.hbfphotography.com. Now we are focusing on building a business and specializing in portraits, weddings and boudoir photography. I look forward to building a good rapport with local models to help build my portfolio and continue my education with critiques and comments posted by fellow photographers and models.
