I just moved to Victoria, and don't know anyone there to shoot with, but this has always been a great resource. I recently finished a 2 year fine art photography program, and I want to continue shooting portraits, both black and white and in colour. I would like to start shooting more nudes, the project I really want to work on is a nudes in the landscape. I shoot a lot of landscape photographs as well, so I think it's a fairly natural progression. But at this point it'll be great to just keep shooting, so if you have any ideas you want to try out, message me and we'll make them work!
I should give a disclaimer! I shoot large format (it's a folding wood and metal camera, one of those old style ones) so it's a slow and meticulous process. All shoot I might take only 4 pictures, so patience is an asset, but things always turn out great! Gives time for us to talk a bit too, which always helps make it a truer photograph.
I quite enjoy working with the same model a number of times, spread out over a period of time. It's interesting to see how the work develops.
