Sydney designer Nikkie Lee introduces Depiction- femininity in her own unique style.

Drawing from over 10 years of experience working in global fashion houses as a fashion designer Lee began the label to create stylish and elegant garments that exude feminism and that beautiful touch.

“I want women to embrace their femininity more.”

Complimentary to her study and experience in fashion Lee holds a degree in Fine Arts and a Masters degree in Digital Media. All of these are synonymous to the creative and visual techniques used when designing the Depiction range with exquisite colour themes.

“My background helps me visualise and understand the current culture of design as well as digital art forms in daily life. Whenever i am designing i try to maintain a feel inspired by sentimental things in our lives. Like a pearl necklace i want my garments to feel nostalgic and timeless ”

Trading at The Rocks Markets, Depiction has already gained many faithful clientele who can appreciate the uniqueness and stunning designs created by Lee. Nikki’s signature waterfall top has become key to her aesthetic of the feminine identity.

The characteristics of the garments designed by Lee are both recognizable and unique showing immense talent from an emerging iconic label.
