About Me

I AM ADRIAN AUSTIN: ADDICTIVE DETERMINED RESILIENT ICONIC ARISTOCRATIC NOBLE!!!

Nothing tells a story of determination, drive, and destiny, like Adrian Douglas Austin’s walk and passion for success. At an early age, he recognized his calling to become a fashion icon and accepted a mission to establish a new definition of creativity and originality. He has loaned a new definition to “fashion” within the industry.

Adrian consistently chased his dreams despite a series of misfortunes that invaded his life. As a child, his mom and dad became victims of substance abuse, and their absences from the lives of him and his five siblings left a void in his heart. His grandmother, Hattie Mae Austin stepped up to the plate and tried to fill that void in his family.

The young iconic male continued to fight to maintain stability in his life as his dream and vision began to manifest and solidify. However, the unfortunate life altering events continued. In 2002, two dear uncles who were assisting his grandmother with the rearing of Adrian’s family, passed away. Their passing was followed by another painful blow, the untimely demise of his best friend in 2003.

Although the death of his mother brought him much pain and grief, it subsequently marked the birth of his upcoming fashion line, Constance & Austin Inc.; more formally known as C&A Fashions. Despite the uphill journey of his life, Adrian became determined to fulfill the dream his parents never got a chance to live.

Because his vision was firmly etched in his heart, with resilience he pressed on and soon began receiving recognition for his artsy appeal and easy going, determined attitude. In 2009, Adrian auditioned for a VH1 reality series “Hip-Hop/Urban Designers”, a reality show about innovative clothing designers. In the summer of 2010, Chicago Fashion Magazine gave Adrian’s intern team a call to be featured in the June edition of the magazine. A personal disaster struck and his team was unable to make the deadline. In the fall of 2010, he made a special appearance in St. Louis, Missouri, at the classic Pashmina Paradise Runway Fashion show, and was hand-picked as model number two out of a list of twenty-three talents. As the industry began to recognize his appeal, he harnessed the attention of other designers and artists and in 2011 was selected for a photo shoot with the famous Paul Mitchell for the House of Style Fashion Magazine in Miami, Florida. Unbelievable but true to form, Adrian was unable to make the shoot because he was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Even though Adrian did not make the shoot, he still landed the much-deserved recognition on the House of Style Modeling and Talent Agency website for four years as model number three out of twenty-five models. In 2012, he entered the New York City Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute (MWPAI) annual Arts Festival. In the winter of 2013 Adrian had an exclusive fashion interview with award winning photographer Patrick Covington. In the Fall of 2013, with his creative eye for fashion, he was given the opportunity to manage social media operations for House of Style Tennessee Fashion Network fan page; a privilege entrusted to him by the CEO and Founder, David Hamilton. In the fall of 2014, Adrian applied for a personal assistant position with Kenya Moore from Real Housewives of Atlanta, and was selected as a highly potential candidate. Again disaster struck in his family, and Adrian was unable to make it to the interview. His oldest sister Millicent Carter was rushed to the hospital; sick again with her cancer that she had been battling for several years. She succumbed on January 4, 2015, leaving another void in the family. In the fall of 2015, Adrian produced an Internet sensation and became a trending topic for his long awaited anticipated Michael Jackson tribute promo photo shoot with photographer Patrick Covington. April of 2016 Adrian was featured in Mr. Dreamz Magazine in the Spring edition. Where he paid homage and respect to the legendary King of Pop and showcased a Michael Jackson dedication. September of 2017, Adrian received a contestant audition for NBC America’s Got Talent in Nashville, Tennessee that was scheduled for January 13, 2018. Adrian didn’t feel that his talent was where he needed it to be and cancelled five days before the audition date vowing to work harder and return with a mastered craft. March of 2017 Adrian was featured in the Winter edition of Mr. Dreamz Magazine where his Rock Star Campaign was introduced.

Adrian is a unique work of art. His personal style doesn’t “fit in” but rather stands out. As a breath of fresh air to those before him and an inspiration to those after him, he envisions one day being referred to as “legendary”.

The young fashion connoisseur can’t claim overnight success, but he is an evolving energy that stems from imperfection that is gradually transforming into a paragon of fashion perfection. His upcoming company, Constance & Austin Inc. aka C&A Fashions, which is dedicated in honor of his mother, is not a representation of the fallen angel that she was; but, rather a phoenix spreading beauty that arose from the ashes of his hurtful past. As Adrian continues to debut into the fashion industry, he remains humble, destined for success and driven by his passion. He might appear slightly battered, but not broken, and he is determined to emerge as a strong and powerful leader in the fashion industry.

For every door that closes in his face, the nobleman continues to find a window of opportunity to shine through. His foundation was built on the philosophy that dedication will lead to success as long as we exercise patience and act on wise decisions.
His favorite quote is, “When people put you down and criticize you, the best revenge is to prove them wrong.” This is the mind frame that drives him as he continues to build his repertoire, while branding his name. A positive attitude and an insane swag, the young entrepreneur, model and designer has an objective: to leave his footprints in the sands of time.
