Hello, my name is Timothy Arguijo. I am looking to get off the ground and meet local models and photographers to collaborate with. I'd love to pay all of my Models, but I am on a limited income. I would say TF*CD/P is what I will generally do, but If you can negotiate prices that would be swell.
