- Martial arts instructor, semi-professional cage fighter, international competitor in jiu jitsu, karate, submission wrestling, BJJ and MMA.

- I currently train in traditional jiu jitsu, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, submission wrestling, as well as extensive weight training, calisthenics and circuits, and have a very large, very muscular physique.

- I work as a personal trainer, cagefighter and proofreader - I've been modelling for a year or so, and am trying to get more seriously into it.

- When not training, studying, working or spending time with friends I am a published poet, and am currently working on several literary projects. Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of films, gigs, hiking and adventures!

- Fenrir the wolf on my left pectoral.
- Celtic knotwork surrounding Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) on my right shoulder.
- Celtic knotwork surrounding Víðarr's sword on my left shoulder.
- Elder Futhark runes on my stomach/pubic region.
- Yggdrasil, the World Tree, incorporating Odin's face, on my back.
- Níðhöggr the dragon on my right upper leg (work in progress).
