About Me

My name is Chelsea, I'm a Physical Therapist. I used to ride horses competitively...on my way to winning five world titles (in horseback riding) I got into fitness. I got an undergraduate degree in exercise science...studied a little nutrition and ended up with a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. So now here I am....I'm hoping for exposure from this site.
