I will consider TF's if:
-you are EXTREMELY published/ well known (photographer, model or designer)
-my work will be published in a major magazine or website
-it's for a good cause (charity)

While I will make certain exceptions to shooting TF's, I mainly work for money :)
Doing your makeup for prom does NOT fall under TF's, sorry :)
