I'm a fitness instructor from Essex, England, and all about the fitness modeling. I'll pretty much do anything, but anything promoting health, sport or fitness in anyway is a big thumbs up to me. I'm very into keeping active through running, netball, dance, aerobics, boxing, circuits, muscle building (dumbbells aren't only for men!), yoga, pilates...the list continues.
