I have been playing around on photoshop & some other editing software for around 7 years but the main things I can do are:

Soften/smooth skin
Remove blemishes/spots
Darken/Lighten the skin
Sharpen the models features
Adjust the colours/saturation
Brightness/Contrast

If you are after a basic retouch then I could help as my prices are very reasonable.

£4.50- per edit (for 2-5 images)
£4.00- per edit (for 6-10 images)
