My name is Phil Gavin Riley, Founder of PGR Images. I have been a fan of photography ever since I was a little boy. Every year at Christmas, I would get an upgraded camera from the one previously received. Meanwhile never knowing I had developed a passion for the arts. It wasn't until I met a fellow photographer that told me I could make money from my craft. Well this idea was new and very much exciting to me. I had never thought about turning it into a career. Needless to say, that's exactly what I did. I am a self-taught photographer. I frequent youtube for tutorials and often take classes here and there to perfect my craft. I have been shooting professionally for three years now. My husband bought me my first DSLR camera in 2010. He was the subject of my first photo-shoot, rightfully so.

I have gone on to shoot a vast amount of things to gain the experience. It wasn't until June 2014 that I decided to shoot and focus solely on Wedding Photography. Heres why. My Husband is a funeral director with his own business and often times I help out when needed. It is such a sad experience to watch a family grieve over a loved one. Weddings bring that balance from those funeral experiences. At weddings, I see two people who are so happy and excited to be together that they have vowed and pledged in front of the world that this is the person I want to live the rest of my life with. This feel is such a beautiful thing. This is a feeling I can relate to, as I have chosen to share the rest of my life with a special individual .

My second reason for shooting strictly weddings is that if your are a great photographer, it can be a very lucrative business for you. LOL My goal is to leave my job as a Flight attendant in 2015 so I can spend the rest of my life with my other spouse Wedding Photography. LOL
