About Me

I am not one to brag about myself. I feel that my attributes will speak for themselves. But here are some general questions that i am often asked.

1) My family history.
2) Talk about my martial arts Training.
3) Why I want to do modeling.

(1) My family history.

I was born in Lagos Nigeria on October 19th. The 3rd child of a family of eight, which consist of two older sisters, two younger sisters, one younger brother and my two parents. I know what your thinking. A house filled with women, except for me my dad and brother, how did i survive? Well all i can say is, i learned a lot about how to communicate really quickly. When it come to my parents, they have always been there to tell me that everything is possible and within our reach. I my father, who has a degree in aerospace technology, work as a taxi driver in New york just to make sure we had food on the table. I remember my mother, who is now the director of nurses in florida, work as a waitress while going to college to earn her degree and taking care of us. I can vividly remember all of us squeezing into a tiny rundown care driving to church every sunday morning.

But more than that. I remember the day my mother graduated from college. How ecstatic she was. They day we finally got a full size minivan and we each finally got our own seats in the car. I even remember the first time we moved from Brooklyn NY to Long Island, When my parents bought their first house. All of those memories are what gives me my confidence and motivation. No Matter how hard things seem, i know that as long as you work towards our goal, you will succeed. I will always thank my parents for those experiences.

(2) My martial Arts Training

Before i start taking about my Martial arts background, i want to back track a little. In high school, i always participated in extra curricular activities. I was on the Varsity Soccer and Football Team. I played varsity basketball. And i ran track in the spring. My goal was to always stay physically active. I trained at a Karate school for 3 months my sophomore year in High school, but i only did it because i was waiting for the Spring Track to start, but i really wish i had the time to achieve my black-belt. My Second year in College, I was coming home from work and my sister had placed a tae kwon do uniform on my bed. it seemed she had enrolled our entire family in martial arts classes. I was excited.

I trained non stop every day because i was determined to get my black belt. One year later, I received my 1st Degree black belt. Yes thats right, I said One year. After that they put me through the instructors training program. Which changes you form a practitioner of Martial Arts to be a Professional. While doing that, I was also training for my Krav Maga Instructor Certification. Seems like a lot of hard work. You right. It was. but i was determined to get it. it took 6 months to get my Instructor certification In Krav Maga and Tae Kwon Do.

I have been teaching since i was nineteen. My Martial Arts Experience will forever be in my heart. The changes that i make in students lives no matter how old they are, is a reward in itself. But the amazing responsibility of leading, motivating and inspiring others is something i will keep forever.

(3) Why I want to do Modeling

When i first started going to the gym, It was just to enhance my Physical Performance. Become Faster, Stronger and Leaner. I later started to read many fitness magazines, and seeing those men and women on covers with amazing physiques, was inspiring. So i began to research everything about dieting and fitness training, just to take myself to the next level. 4 months into it, i noticed major improvements. I now go to the gym 2 times a day Seven Days a week. People always ask me whether i am a fitness model our body builder. My answer has always been no. I just enjoy the workouts. But then i started to notice more people asking me for advice and telling me that i'm an inspiration to them. So figure theres only one way for me to reach the whole world and inspire more people, and thats becoming a fitness model. One day someone will pick up a magazine with my picture on it and get motivated to change there life.
