I am a Washington, DC area professional and have been published numerous times locally, nationally and internationally.

I had the good fortune of learning my craft from working with the late J. Frederick Smith in New York. His influence is still seen today in the glamour of both high fashion and editorial fashion photography. During my career, I was named "Best Fashion Photographer" in Washington by The Georgetowner and the "The Best Photographer in the Washington Area" by the Adams Group. My clients range from local shops, to a major cosmetics company.

On Shooting TF

I am continually updating my body of work and focused on producing stylized beauty, high fashion and editorial fashion images that will represent my work to designers, art directors, publishers, etc. I work in studio and on location with both males and females.

If I message you offering a TF shoot...

I will provide the MUA and stylist. I will also provide a detailed description of my concept(s) and what I am trying to accomplish prior to the shoot. You will receive edited high resolution images for print and low resolution for web publishing. The number of which will be based on our shooting agreement. I do not release unedited images...ever.

If you message me requesting a TF shoot...

I am willing to do TF work if you bring me a concept that will benefit both of us. A call or meeting to discuss your idea/concept prior to me accepting your TF request is a must.

I expect you to be professional and show up for the session on time. All shoots are to be confirmed the day prior. We all have cell phones or email, so this shouldn't be difficult. If you do not confirm, I will assume that you aren't interested in working with me and if you don't show up without a very good reason, I will not reschedule.

Again...I do not release unedited images.

Testing...

From time to time, I may have availability for testing with agency represented models. Please contact me for my schedule.

Shooting Agreement/Release

On the day of the shoot, you will be required to sign a comprehensive model release detailing copyright ownership, image use and the number of edited images you will receive and when you will receive them. I will provide a copy of this prior to the shoot.

On Paying Models

It's real simple...I don't pay models unless I am paid. If I have a pro bono assignment and you are willing to work for a tear sheet...let me know.

My Rates

Rates are determined on a case by case basis. I will always provide at least an MUA for any paid work and I promise you won't be disappointed with what we will produce.
