Hi! My name is Cortney and I am a professional makeup artist in Arizona. I have had a passion for makeup for as long as I can remember but have been working professionally since 2006. I have worked with aspiring models, brides, and beauty pageant contestants. I have studied the works of a large number of iconic makeup artists such as Kevin Aucoin and Bobbi Brown and have studied under a few in person including, most recently, Celebrity Makeup Artist, Kandee Johnson, at her 2010 Glaminar in Pasadena, California. My goal for myself is to expand my portfolio to include editorial work, fashion/runway work, and eventually celebrity work. I would love to use Model Mayhem as an avenue to meet new clients, market and collaborate with other professionals, and get my name out there! I find it hard to categorize my style. I would have to say it's a mixture of vintage, classic, current, and edgy. It really depends on the job, the setting, and the person I'm working with.
