I'm from San Francisco and I'm now relocated to Germany. My start in photography was focused around taking pictures of my ceramic artwork, scenery (cities and nature), as well as day and night photography.

My newish interest in people has come from my experience with dance and the delight it can bring me from new personal connections. Rather than being confined by language and words, I think there is more magic what we show, what we share, what we see, and what we bring to any situation.

Body painting is of particular interest to me because it carries over from my ceramics work. It is immediately creative and giving; both meditative and social. It adds another layer to the human experience (and to the pictures of course).

Humor has so far seemed to be the "easiest" thing for me to facilitate and capture in people. I enjoy it immensely and would love to continue this.

I'm also interested to create/approach/capture a more sultry or darker side of life but that's less charted territory for me... at least in photography. I'm open and curious. If it's something you want to share and/or have captured... I'm interested to explore it.
