As a native of Statesville, NC, Jerica began her journey as a photographer by becoming an apprentice, booking agent, and marketing executive for a very dynamic photographer. Little did she know that it would awaken her senses to realize her gift and passion for creativity through an open shutter. Through the experience as an assistant photographer she gained invaluable training through the informal circuit by photographing her friends, family, church members/functions, things, and scenery as an everyday hobby which quickly turned into a full-time passion. Jerica spends most of her time learning the technical aspects of the art during which her skill and passion for portraits and fashion photography continuesto emerge . In May of 2009, Jerica launched her quest to become a dynamic photographer. Over the first year, Jericas talent quickly developed as did her clientele. Starting out with portfolios and head shots, Jerica began making a name for herself throughout her community and surrounding areas. Jericas engaging shoots includeevents, music producers, artists, musicians, producers, advertisement, headshots, portfolios, and architecture, she is expanding her creativity one shutter at a time
