I got into photography through my studies in graphic design. I took an elective photography class & fell in love. I started off with the 4x5 camera (film) as well as the medium format camera (film). I have studied the history of photography & respect & mimick the masters (Nadar, Steichen, Steiglitz, Newman, Weston, Avedon, etc) in my daily work. I switched majors to photography & moved to Kansas to continue my education & to support the new program at my home school.

I have been published too many times to credit individually. My favorite was having my triptych selected for the cover of the 2011 KU Undergrad catalog to showcase the photography & design departments.

I am a student but am also employed as a photographer for KU. I shoot concert photography as well, being the house photographer for Starlight Theatre in KCMO. I have shot Carlos Santana, Counting Crows, Barenaked Ladies, Maxwell, The Wailers, Kansas, Foreigner, Jill Scott, Styx, etc.

I have full access to KU studio facilities as well as access to dozens of lenses, light systems, remote power, etc, etc. I speak Spanish as I am mestizo (American, Bolivian). My passion is portraiture, fashion, fine art.

I am interested in shooting anyone in any situation. Would love to meet new people interested in modeling to develop both of our portfolios.
