Olivia Chow's jet-black hair was tightly curled exploding from her wide-brimmed purple hat. Both this hat and a biker's leather jacket were staples of her winter wardrobe. Paisley leggings and patent leather shoes followed. Chow is a wardrobe stylist who has been outdressing the population since age five.

Obbbbbviously, becoming a wardrobe stylist was natural for Chow who only entered the field after her eye for fashion was repeatedly requested. She had not realized this joy and talent could make her money!
