Hmm tips...try to make the photographer's (and anyone else you're working with) job as easy as possible by fulfilling anything you promise to do, i.e. arrive by a certain time, bring accessories, etc. Don't cancel unless you have an excellent reason, and if you do have to cancel, make sure it's in the early stages of working out the photoshoot details so the photographer has the opportunity to find another model. Never pull out of a shoot at the last minute (i.e. on the morning of the shoot) unless you've got the plague or something.
And be prepared for how difficult it can be to get images from some photographers - a lot of them are fantastic, but some take months to get the end results to you. That's the problem when you do TFP/CD :(
