About Me

As a previous performer, actor, dancer I feel comfortable infront of the camera. I left that business and went into fitness as a personal trainer where I've made a great career in New York City working with a wide range of clients. I started my own company Full Throttle Fitness NYC and developed a fitness/wellness website. I'm also the "Fitness Expert" on "The Morning Jolt" with Larry Flick on Sirius XM's Out Q network.
