About Me

My Story

I was 190 lbs...30 lbs overweight and decided I needed to make a change. My "little" bro was my motivation... he’s not so little anymore. I began by running 6 miles on the weekends and 3-4 miles a couple days/week. Then I bought some supplements, and the bodybuilding took over. I started out drinking MonaVie actually (an all natural fruit drink), which got me on the right health track and helped boost my metabolism, energy, and nutrient intake. I now drink the Emv Energy drinks instead of coffee most mornings. MonaVie, with a combination of running and better eating habits (no fast food and smaller portions, primarily eating chicken and other proteins w/ small servings of complex carbs) helped me drop 32 lbs of fat down to 158lbs. I then began a membership at Bally Total Fitness and started hitting the gym 4 nights a week for upper body lifting, and have continued to run 6 miles on the weekends. My workouts consist of Chest 1 day, Bi’s/Tri’s 1 day, Shoulders/Back 1 day, and then Legs/Abs 1 day, with a 6 mile run on Sat or Sun. I’m at the gym for 1-1/2 - 2 hrs regularly now. Currently, I weigh in at 170 lbs, and have gained a good 10-12 lbs of pure muscle through my workouts. My goal is to be at 150 lbs with less than 5% body fat. I started out taking Cytogainer (protein shake), Cell Tech Hardcore (creatine mix), and Animal Pak to gain muscle mass, but have now switched over to Optimum 100% Whey Protein (much less carbs, fat, additives) and Prolab Creatine Monohydrate (pure creatine), and added Animal M-Stak and Animal Cut along with the Animal Pak. This combination has helped me start cutting the extra lbs and turning them into muscle. My meals consists of primarily grilled chicken breast and sweet potatoe fries (complex carb), and a small serving of oatmeal some mornings (2-3 SMALL meals a day). I also take 5 Hour Energy occasionally in the mornings (the No crash formula is excellent and just a couple of calories). My life has changed completely! I am much happier with my body and more confident than ever. My energy levels are through the roof! I plan to continue with my strength building until I am maxing out on the bench at 300 lbs, with my weight at 160 lbs ideally.

Modeling is now an addition to continued fitness and workouts. I have a full-time job and a couple of other part-time business endeavors in the mix, so the modeling is primarily just for fun right now, but if I meet the right people and keep improving my strength and conditioning, things could surely change! I have my own unique look and personality. I'd like to do some shoots for athletic wear companies, bodybuilding magazines, nutrition and fitness companies. If you're interested, please message me.
