Hello, my name is John Obata. I was an engineer at the University of California, Irvine. My passion has always been photos. I am a photographer who's passion is to capture the nitty gritty essence of life on film. While photography is a particular interest of mine, cinematography is also a hobby. Recently, I have moved to my hometown in Japan. I have been invited there by engineers regarding the design of residential suites, in which I will be in charge of. Although I will be back to the United States soon, I am using this opportunity to capture Japan and the life that takes place within it. I would prefer to be contacted via e-mail.
