Friends (21)About Me
I began my "career" back in 2006, and have been learning on my own, at my own pace, but last year, I started a 2 year degree in photography at a local private college (La Cité Collégiale) in order to better myself and build up experience.
I love to photograph dance-related events, as well as different types of portraits, from executive professional portraits to more artistic ones, from glamour & fashion shots to boudoir and artistic nudes. I sometimes work in studio (especially during the winter months), but also do a lot of on location work (for me, the location and background adds a lot to the ambiance and feel of a photograph). I am quite busy, and photography is not my primary career, simply a passion I carry out on the side, but that doesn't mean I don't have time for shoots ; simply that they need to be planned and not last minute. So, that's why I'm here, to offer my services to any model who'd like to have port-folio shots or just some personal portraits for their loved-ones. I'm willing to work with newer, young models, as well as experienced ones, but as I do this mostly for fun, I'm looking for pleasant working relationships with models who have good communication (who can tell me if they feel a pose is uncomfortable, who can say "ok, I need a little break before we continue", who can tell me "I don't really like this shot, can we redo it another way ?" rather than someone who won't talk and who will just get angry or disappointed and not work with me again) and who will show up and not flake out. Furthermore, as my experience in the professional world is rather limited, I am always willing to work with other profesional photographers who may need a hand with a shoot, a second photographer for an event, or just an assistant for a project.
