through the thousand or so words any picture is worth, there are countless stories to tell. each image i play a role in creating has origin and meaning, but interpretation can differ for anyone and everyone. be it in written form, drawn traditionally or digitally, or captured through photography, it is the opportunity to impart personal perception that drives me. and it is the perceptions of the contributors to this site that nourishes inspiration. as a photographer, i prefer working with models who have emotional content and not just physical beauty because i enjoy and excel in collaborative, spontaneous shoots. and it helps greatly if the subject(s) have an understanding of not just their physicality, but their essence and how it relates to the human condition; or, as dr. evil said, "what the french call a certain "i don't know what..."
