In Anatomy and Physiology I learned to respect the science of the body structure and the nature of all body functions. Here is where I gained the foundation and introduction into the World of Fitness. Shortly after followed a lifestyle of maintained healthy living, which surprisingly came natural. Fitness Modeling never began at a particular point in my life. It was always my LIFE, but only when I look back can I see my pursuit into the entertainment world corresponding directly with my Pursuit into the Fitness World. My Journey had become one.

In LA while pursuing my career as an actress I always maintained active and chose healthy eating habits. I enjoyed to skate, kick box and continued daily exercise to maintain a competitive and attractive look marketable for that industry. As competitive as it was and still is I had to redirect my angle into the Industry.

Pierre Parker, my coach, introduced fitness Modeling to me. I had been training for about 3years at that time. Working out was fun for me and was easily noticeable. When my coach noticed my love and respect for this once hobby of mine, he suggested that I do Fitness Modeling. Only then did I realize the best of both my worlds came together. With the Knowledge gained while pursuing my profession in the Entertainment world combined wit what already came natural made sense.

I am always training for my next show. Excited about my new challenge, I work extensively since training I have gained a greater sense of mental and physical focus I didn’t have before, this experience alone has shown me what it takes to succeeded in other avenues of my career. Gaining the work exposure to compete in such a profession took time effort and most importantly gave me tools I need to take my career to the next level.

Who could have imagined that my hobby turned out to be one of my most valuable assets to offer to the start of my career, I appreciate the journey and I’m having fun!

Fitness and modeling together is a winning combination and I would recommend to everyone that leading a life to their own pursuit to happiness Is not only a blessing but good for the heart.
