I moved to Bristol in February 2010 but lived most of my life in Lancaster. I had aspirations of modelling while I was there and have worked with a couple of photographers around that area, but decided that I really do have something more to offer. I design and make alternative and gothic/fetish style clothing, some of which are displayed in some of my photographs, although these were not for promotional purposes. I can be quite versatile and am happy to work with anyone who has some good ideas for photo shoots.

Some of the ideas I would like to explore
horror, gore, goth (which wouldn't be much of a problem, lol), punk, hippie, fetish, burlesque, latex,anything arty, cyber, steampunk, as well as some really good ideas from anyone as I quite like to try new things.
Some of themes I would like to explore would be faeries, bodypaint, art nude, marrionette, anything artistic as I am quite creative and have a lot of Ideas. I would really like to explore anything strange and unusual. I have ideas for shoots from Tim Burton style characters, black and white, marionette, tudor ghosts, and many more. Biomechanoid.

My influences include Dita Von Teese, Tim Burton, Clive Barker, Tim Burton, there are more but I can't think of them right now.

I also love motorbikes and camping so some inspiration can be drawn from there too.

I am currently also in the process of setting up my own clothing design business, I have mainly done one-off pieces for people but am currently working on my own designs and learning how to build corsets as I currently have a small waiting list, :). My business name is Illfittings and clothing made by me have been worn by myself and fellow model Aavriel Angst in photo shoots.

I am quite creative and enjoy a challenge,I would like to show this and push myself with unique ideas and twists on everyday things.

I am now looking for paid work or at the very least my travelling expenses paid. I am open to uniqe ideas for portfolio work and would be open to do this for tfp.

"I recently worked with Dorien on a shoot with another model, aavriel angst. She turned up on the agreed train with a case bulging with some brilliant outfits. She was a very easy model to work with, posing without direction and producing some really good images, including some great interraction with aavriel. Dorien was also at helping aavriel with her outfits and contributing suggestions for the shoot. Confident, knowledgable and good company, Dorien also provided me with the novel experience of playing tug o' war with aavriel when she was lacing up her corset! I don't normally work with Alt models, but after this shoot I think I'm becoming converted ..." Captured Elegance photography.


"It was really very great fun, easy and productive to shoot with Dorien. She can both act precisely according to direction and behave spontaneously in front of the camera when that is indicated. She was able to strike the poses I seek for my character work (something which some models find extremely challenging) but then in the same session flow with her own chemistry into some very sexy fetish scenarios.
