During her 18 years in the industry she has studied extensively, not only as a Personal Trainer, but across the fields of Pilates, Nutrition, Pre/Post natal Exercise, Boxing, Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation, Counselling and Life Coaching.
Her expert status has led her to write articles for major Australian media publications, as well as fitness television presenting on Foxtel, Channel 7 Girl TV and featuring on Channel 9 the Today Show and The Kerrie Ann Show. She also is the fitness expert on Bondi FM every second Sunday!
As founder and director of Vix Body Fix since 1991 and Mama Moves since 2005 and Bondi Vixen since 2010, she focuses on Personal Training women of any age, while specializing in Pre/Post Natal Fitness and Beach Babe Fitness. VIX is one of the most respected and well known personal trainers in Sydney, with a regular schedule of group classes held daily in the parks of the Eastern Suburbs, VIX is always ready to motivate and inspire her clients, no matter what their fitness level or goal.
